I am looking to get new rims when I get new tires. I am wondering if this rim would work on my rig 2007 4R SR5 4.7L

I am also looking for a cold air intake to go on the 4.7L V8. Anyone know of a brand that makes one that fits in a 4R?

for the wheels, the answer is yes AND no.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong here:

4th gens came with two sizes of brake rotors. One larger and one smaller, the larger ones will not be able to clear the 16" wheels while the smaller ones will be able to.

I noticed (but am not sure) that SR5s came with the smaller rotors while some limited/sport models came with the larger ones.

I believe you can look at your rotor for a model # to indicate which sizes you have, just search for the differentiation between the two.

A handful of users on this site have those FJ TRD wheels on their 4th gens so it is possible, you just need to make sure you have the smaller sized rotors.

Without having to search, the only person that comes to mind that's rocking these wheels is zopperman

Yeah, I know, I went and searched them on ebay, unfortunately I just dropped a grand on 17" tires, may try and get something similar in a 17"

firgured out

I already have 17" rims so I I will go with 17" rims. On to figure out if I ca nput 275-70 17R on with stock suspension. All that has been done is I replaced the OEM shocks and struts with the yellow Bilstein's.
