A little over a month back, I took our 4Runner to get an alignment done (it had been too long). Not long after (perhaps only coincidentally?), we started noticing a ringing sound coming from under the SUV. The only way I know to describe it is that it sound somewhat like a upper midrange tone feedback from a mic/speaker. It's not really a squeal...more like what I described. It doesn't sound like brakes or belts...to "ringy".
We notice it when the car is moving and cannot reproduce it when stationary. It seems to manifest when in a turn or when going over a hump (ie speed bumps, pulling into driveway).
I've thought of various lube points, maybe bearings...not really sure.
Any thoughts or similar problems??
