Dude, stop being an ******* and take the LEDs out. HIDs/LEDs and reflectors not only look terrible, but they’re dangerous. And clearly it’s a problem for you if it’s bad enough where other people are threatening you over it.

As I stated previously. I appreciate your opinion, but I'm not asking for it. I'm asking if anyone else has or had encountered anything like this.

According to the first sentence of your first post, you are asking for our opinion.
Clearly, the general consensus is your current setup is improper and making you an a** on the road. Personally, drivers with setups like yours bother the shit out of me. You blind EVERYONE else so ONLY YOU can see better.
I think we've all given you enough input here.

Something else to think about is any suspension work you do will change the beam angle.
I did about 1/2 inch lift on the front but failed to adjust the headlights.
Had a long drive to destination, in the day, then back home in the dark.
Had about 7 cars flash me and one guy slowed way down, so I passed him, then they sped up and tailgated me with their brights on.
I was all loaded up, back heavy too, exacerbated the situation.
I wont get into how I reacted...none the less, my fault.

And this is the issue that I have with LED headers. It's clear all you care about is the well being of yourself. That's cool and all but the road doesn't belong only to you.
I thought maybe one more story and quote from a good and famous man might be appropriate here.
