I know, I know, rock chips happen. Often. But I just picked up a used 4Runner and there are a few chips around the car, especially on the hood. Here is one:

I don't need to fix these perfectly, I just want to prevent anything from growing since rust has developed. My family used to get touch up kits from Toyota that had a silver substance that you would put on before putting the paint on, but all I can find now, at least at the dealer, is touch-up paint.
Should I do anything for the rust or just use touch-up paint? Claybar? Any other products?
