I dont think I will replace my windshield unless it falls in my lap and even then I think I will wait awhile.

Which DIY windshield repair kit do you guys recommend? I just had my windshield replaced because a rock chip spread across the entire windshield whenever I used the defroster.

Would like to keep one of those repair kits handy the next time this happens so I have a fighting chance of keeping it a chip versus a crack across the entire windshield.

I have Geico insurance and they fix chips for free. Maybe your insurance covers it too.

I think they have to raise the NJ gas tax five more times before they pave any roads.

NJ Turnpike is phenomenal for the amount of traffic it sees.

I got a small chip in my 2020 at 4000 miles. Got it filled at Safelite ,$0 deductible, Nationwide Insurance. I am an insurance agent / broker and can tell you that in Texas not all insurance companies and policies are equal. Some have deductibles for glass claims (repair or replacement) and some don't.
