Rocky Road Super Sliders Fitment?

I received a set of the SS from Rock Road today and bolted up the passenger side. Does everyone elses sliders have this angle to them because I am not impressed the way they look. They are down about 2+" in the rear and snug up against the plastic in the front.

Installation question

Just wondering if when you installed them if you used a jack or a extra pair of hands to hold the rear of the slider up towards the rocker panel ?
Ideally one would use a jack to hold up the front and the rear of the slider and then tighten the bolts evenly. Or do you think The sliders mounting brackets are uneven ?

I actually had both a buddy and we were using jack stands. We got all the bolts started and loose and then we attempted to get it to sit straight but there is no room for adjustment. The mounting brackets are just welded in that orientation. I was just hoping for some pictures from other slider owners to see if there's are level with the body

Mine are level.

If you can't adjust them either send them back or ask them for a discount from your payment and slot the mounting holes. Use heavy duty washers under the bolt heads- done.

Thanks for the picture Ant. Looking at the brackets, I don't think there is enough "meat" around the holes to slot them enough to get it to fit.

Mine mounted level too, but I had my son help and eyeballed level before I torqued them.

Oh what a feeling.....

I started to bolt mine on tonight. On the middle bracket, bottom mounting hole, it is a larger non-threaded hole. The kit included two larger self tapping bolts that could have been meant for this hole but they just slide in. Am I missing something? Did you guys have to tap this hole and fit a larger bolt?

I guess it helps to read the second page of the instructions. Tap hole or leave it out. I assume leaving it out is ok?

Well, it was long story. I actually just got them on a week ago. RR did send me a new passenger side, and it was level the second time around. I was hoping that I would have been put at the front of the manufacturing queue but I wasn't. I think I received it about a month ago, so it wasn't all their fault.
