Rola Rack Rusting already..

When it rains... rusty water drips out of the tubing where it connects and drips down the rear and side windows.. The rack is only 2 months old. Anyone else have this going on? I'm planning on taking it apart and addressing the rust inside, but I'm just surprised it's happening so soon.

I have one as well and I'm pretty surprised yours is rusting out already after only two months. Mine hasn't shown any sign of rust yet and I've had it for a little over two years. Granted it has been mostly garaged during the winter months but I had it exposed to all the elements for all of last summer plus the summer before and no apparent rust is visible. Sorry to hear that.

Yeah...I'm wondering if I just got a bad one. I love the rack. Just disappointed in the rust. Crazy thing is..... thought it was mud on the back and side of my windows. I kept thinking..."where/when did I run through muddy water?" The rusting rack was the last thing I thought it would be.
