rolling issues!

ok i can get in my truck and drive it fine, but after about 20 minutes of driving in stop and go traffic and around town. it seems like the brakes are being held all the time. i have to romp on it to get it go go, and when i put it in nuetral its like im pressing the brakes but im not. i have 95 3.0 full loaded has ABS on rear i think. and also the check engine light is on. but i can stop driving and let it cool down after a while and itll drive fine again. the oil pressure stays about half way and the engin isnt running hot. i also had a new clutch replaced on it less then 150 miles ago. i am just curious as to what the problem may be. and the brakes are solid. also seems to be leakign some kind of fluid looks like clutch or brake im not sure and cant really pinpoint the problem

I'd say brakes.
Most likely a caliper sticking once the disk heats up from driving in stop and go traffic.
I'd check the rears too, just in case.

For safety's sake, check into that fluid leak!!!!
I would not drive that truck until I determined where the leak is coming from and fix it.

remember to change your brake fluid once a year, its just like engine oil and all other fluids it needs to be changed regularly.

Instead of guessing, why don't you find out why the CEL is on (read the error codes) and find the source of the leak.

Fix those problems, then go from there.

well the check engine light isnt flashing it just stays on constantly. and im beginning to think a caliper is sticking and also fluid isnt leaking it must of been from another vehicle or something. ill take it to a mechanic next paycheck i suppose anyone have an estimate on the cost lol. i went to autozone so they could do the free diagnostic but its only on 96 and up and my toyota is 95. so FML idk where else to turn lol

Pick yourself up a Haynes manual.
It should detail how to jump the terminals to read the engine code on OBDI engines, then go from there.

Cost?
To repair or diagnose? It's anybody's guess since we don't know what is broken.

i found out whats catching its the emergency brake, i went to release it today and it didnt release too me like 10 minutes of playing with it to get it to release. ill buy a new one from autozone and get it installed within the new fex weeks untill then i guess ill put it in gear to keep it still while i park, im stationed in oklahoma so no hills here lol
