Roof cross member noise?

Hey guys,

I have a noise coming from what I am pretty sure is the area where one of the roof cross members meets the side of the body. This one:

I think this is held on with structural adhesive but I don't know for sure.

The noise is a creak that shows up when the body flexes a little bit. You can hear it in normal turns, sometimes even when simple accel/decelerating. Any ideas on how to mitigate this?

(Also, I do not have a sunroof)

If it's just a creak, some caulking or other rubberized sealant filling in the gaps should eliminate the squeak.
