Roof Filling Filling Link Request

Looking for a post from a user showing another alternative to just RTV silicone to seal the roof holes. If i remember right it looked like a type of putty that he then topped off with some washer or spacer? Anyways Ill be replacing my racks foam soon and would like to switch to this method.

Whatever method you use, not a bad idea to top it off with RTV for extra insurance.
