I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of this annoying clunk in my roof rack when I have a bike loaded. I'm using the Thule Tracker II and my factory rails with a 1upUsa bike carrier. I've tried many different configurations including other bike carriers (yakima copperhead) but when the bike is loaded and I go over a medium to large bump, I hear a big clunk/thump inside the car. If I try to move the rack, there is a little play but it almost seems like the noise is coming from the actual factory rails having too much play. There is no noise when not loaded.
Anyone else having a similar issue?
