Roof Rack LED Lightbar

So my 4 year old LED light bar is showing too much moisture and after trying several times to disassemble and reassemble with new sealant, she still would rather condensate than stay clear and dry...so, I'm wondering if anyone has photos or has experience with curved light bars on their 4runner? I currently have a (just measured) 37-1/8" straight single row spot light bar that still works great but looks like sh!t...it's mounted to my Perkins Performance roof rack and custom fit with brackets welded into place...much like others. I have a fairing on the eyebrow for wind noise but I'm now wondering, will that be negated if I went with a curved version of the light bar?

If anyone has any suggestions or advice, it will no doubt be gratefully appreciated!

So I have a 42inch light bar on mine but the same still applies; each manufacture has a different degree of curve to their light bars. I would honestly stick with a straight one for that setup (it looks like it would be cleaner to me).

LC2013, thank you for the suggestion and I agree to a point that it would look better suited to keep the straight bar vs. the curved...My fear is finding a lightbar in the 37-1/8" size that's not Rigid (I know you get what you pay for but I'm not about to drop $1300 on a lightbar). That current setup is rated at 21k lumens and I cannot find anything that robust in light output in the size I need...I'd rather not go backwards in performance...the best I can find is around 7500 lumens so only about twice that of my brights in my 06 housings upgraded to 9011s...

I know what you mean when it comes to price vs product in LEDs.

My recommendation is the best bang for you buck would be Black Oak LED. The 40 inch bar I have is rated at IP69K and about 44,000 raw lm. I also have a 30 inch Auxbeam on my bumper that is rated at IP67 and about 18,000 lm but it has a 5D projector. The 5D lenses are great and "add" what looks like a whole lot more light.

If you want something that will absolutely will not leak or break and will be the brightest light bar, grab a Black Oak. If you want a great product that isn't as robust but does a hell of a job, get an Auxbeam. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of these two companies.
