Roof top tent, $1,200 OBO, Waco,Tx

I am selling my RTT and asking $1,200 OBO. I bought it 3 years ago and have used it 8 times. I think it's a 3 person, me,wife,6yr old and 2 yr old fit but it's getting cramped and that's why I'm selling. It also comes with the bottom annex room.
