Well bought my first Toyota in 2013, a 2006 4runner Limited V8. And ever since then my wife wont drive anything else. I have a ton of catching up to do on this build and trying to remember everything I did. But I have plenty of time today to do this so bare with me.

First mod I was interested in doing was add a aux battery that I could isolate and I wanted to use the same exact battery as my main battery. So I looked and its a little tight behind the air filter but I made a bracket and mount for another 24f-agm battery. I added a manual battery switch for now but I do plan on installing 2 80amp constant relays in the next few weeks.

Next I wanted to install a inverter somewhere low profile. The little cubby holes on the rear wheel well was a good spot if I could gut the inverter and stuff it in there. I ended up finding one that looked like it would fit. I forget if it was 750 or 1000 watt but it was plenty big. I had to take out most of the side panels in the trunk and run 4 smaller gauges wires instead of 1 thick wire from the battery to the inverter.

Nice work on the inverter setup, I love the mounting of those outlets. I was trying to think of what else would be a good use of those cubbies outside of holding random tools and stuff that I tossed in them now.

Cant afford one of those nice arb fridges so I just installed a Walmart mini fridge

Yea I had a hard time thinking of what to use them for also. they look like they would be useful but there really not

Took out the Xreas shocks and airbags. Installed some nice new and stiffer springs in preparation of future mods.

Front springs: 886 heavy load springs (110-220LBS)
Rear springs: 897 heavy constant load (660LBS)
OME nitro sport shocks front and rear

The ride with the stiffer springs was actually not much rougher then the factory springs. But if you ride in the rear seats you do notice them a bit with no load, its a little bouncy.
