rotated tires..now TPMS is showing fault?

About two weeks ago I rotated my tires on my 2005 2wd $runner in a crisscross (fr to rl, fl to rr) and about a week later my tire pressure montoring light comes on. I have double checked all the tire pressures with a digital gauge and they are all exactly the same. Do I need to "reset" the monitoring system, or did a tire pressure monitor just happen to break around the time I rotated my tires?

The light comes on if one or more of the 5 tires - yes, that includes the spare - is below 27 psi.

The mere act of rotating them shouldn't have an effect. There's nothing to reset on the version of TPMS on the 4Runner.

mystery solved--it had nothig to do with rotating the tires. The spare was low on air.
