Rough casting marks on 21orp heads

The heads on my new 2021 have some pretty rough casting marks. How common is this? Ive seen 21 just as rough as mine and others that are smooth. Where does Toyota have these cast?

Me too. At first glance they looked cracked.

I'm used to super smooth aluminum heads from the domestic market and the first time I saw the casting marks on my 4R's heads I already freaked out. Totally normal.
