I just ordered 700lb coils to replace my 650lb that I have on my Icons. I am running Shrockworks bumper with winch and soon to be Bud Built skids.
With the 650's maxed out I still get a good amount of nose dive on braking and it's also a little soft for my liking. I'm hoping to rectify that with the 700lb coils.

You will find that suspension feel is VERY subjective. Before you place your order I would highly suggest speaking with the guys at a Down South Motorsports (DSM). DSM has been around along time and can get into the valving specifics before you make a purchase. What you may find is that you buy a set of coils now, then after you install your bumper/winch you swap out the springs if your not happy at they point. Don't forget lead times on these bumpers is 4-9 months.
My truck is 90% daily driver so I opted for fully adjustable suspension. It cost more, but gives me the flexibility I needed/wanted.
Also unless you really need at full steel bumper don't forget about hidden winch mounts. It saves a ton of weight and keeps the truck more 'low key' looking.

I agree with Mikey. Ride quality on my Radflo 2.5 external reservoirs is great everywhere. Yes compared to x-reas the ride is slightly stiffer at low speeds, but at high speeds over bigger bumps it it much softer and you don't get the donkey kick out of control jounce rebound that you had with stock. Handling, brake nose dive are all improved.
Also the other huge benefit of coilovers is that you're actually in the ride height area to use the suspension travel properly. Before I upgraded I'd always hit the bumpstops in the front just going slowly over speedbumps. That's just way too low.
