Rough idle?

I've did some research, but you know it's so frustrating when people put comments on some threads that are absolutely useless. So scanning through a few hundred posts to get the same answer or some crappy one sucks. So thus I'm here... My 4runners a 2002 with 172k miles and just about when I'm at idle (fully braked) after maybe 3-4 seconds then I start getting this rough idle. Not sure how to describe it... Just severe vibration? Got some seafoam and put that into the oil and vacuum, planning on putting the rest into the fuel tank on my next fill up. I'll see how the seafoam works in the next couple of days, but in the meantime does anybody have some good advice? or experience with this?

OK bro here is what i did and it worked for me ...i had the same problem as you do now.... first thing
clean the TB with sea foam spray
clean the MAF sensor
then sea foam the truck... you will fined tons of videos and threads here
then get your self a new air filter.
when you are all done get some marvel mystery oil and pour half of a quart on full tank of shell gas
you are all set :bravo:
