RPMFAB Front Bumper Trim Pieces

I recently purchased and installed a set of RPMFAB front bumper trim pieces. The trim pieces are designed to go along with their front bumper. However, I have been looking for something like this for some time for use with my Hefty Fab front bumper. I damaged the factory bumper cover that is left after cutting above the Hefty bumper and needed to either purchase a new front bumper cover and cut it down or go this direction. Not only was this far more affordable but I think it looks much better and I definitely can't damage them again.
The trim pack is three pieces for either the 10-13 or 14-current 4Runners. (They have front bumpers for both obviously) I'm a '13 so obviously I went that route.
There are three pieces, one for under each headlight and one for under the grille. The one under the grille replaces the factory piece that spans across in front of the radiator and that the bumper cover clips to. (Forgive my lack of a good description.)
Install was very easy and obvious. Loosening my bumper and re tightening/adjusting it was more work than installing the trim pieces.

Ben at RMPFAB was great and very helpful. I really appreciate that Ben was willing to sell these as a separate item. I don't think they had selling them without their bumpers in mind necessarily. Great customer service. Cost was $194 with shipping and powder coat.
This product is a great way to take a flat top front bumper that requires cutting and turn it into a no cut. (No guarantees of fit on anything but the RMPFAB bumpers and a 10-13 Heft Fab)

On the outside they screw to the metal piece that the plastic pieces that support the body panel screw to. On the inside they screw down to the same metal piece the the center trim piece attaches to, which is the piece that comes forward from the radiator. So no, both sides are screwed to metal.

In no way are they meant to take heavy hits.

Front bumper fill panels

These look as good as the Shrockworks filler panels. I like them. The fit-up with your Hefty Fab bumper seems a bit off at the outside corners. The bumper doesn't fit very close to the wheel well body panel where it meets the bumper. Is that a matter of adjustment or is it intentionally left with larger clearance?

Obviously the RPMFAB filler pieces weren't designed to go with the Hefty Fab Bumper. I would Imagine that they fit a bit different with their bumper.
That being said, the line of the original OEM bumper cover pieces is more in line with the black marks that are on my bumper. (The line is touch up paint from the OEM bumper cover rubbing on the Hefty Fab bumper) So the line that the RPMFAB trim pieces take is more "straight" than the OEM and is further in towards the headlight. I hope this explains it clearly.
I am very pleased with the fit and look of the trim pieces especially considering they aren't designed specifically for my application.

As far as adjustment goes there is no real adjustment to the trim pieces that would significantly change their fit.
