Yes! We're designing full T4R skids now.

We might get into bumpers at some point.

We are looking into some roof rack designs for the future!

JasonRSG I’m buying skids this summer, would love to support you guys with another order.

JasonRSG Already I gotta say the KDSS skid looks great! Might look into a full order soon because the sliders also look awesome!

Picked up my RSG angled sliders here locally and was super impressed with the shop and how nice they were. Frankly, it's a breath of fresh air compared to most of the businesses here in Denver/Boulder.

Painted them with Rustoleum Satin Black Universal Primer and Paint and installed later that night as the paint was pretty dry after only a few hours. The passenger side went on pretty easy but the driver side was a little trickier due to having to remove the KDSS brackets and wedge the slider in behind the KDSS lines. I balanced one end on a laundry basket and muscled them in on the front side.

They look great, and I'm pumped to have some protection for the rocker panels and doors.

For sure, it was great meeting you Jason. I may be back for the KDSS skid soon. Love the pic of the gloss black with top plate...kind of wishing I had added the top plate myself now!

Quick install question, am I supposed to replace the 12mm bolts for the brake line / kdss brackets with the longer 13mm bolts supplied? I couldn't get a few of the 13mm bolts all the way in and ended up having to re-use the 12mm bolts, but I'm not sure how secure they are with the extra depth of the slider.

Thanks!

Chris

JasonRSG thanks for getting my sliders to me so fast! As some others have noted the packaging didn’t hold up to the trip, but the sliders seem okay so far.

Man! That box is Blown Out!! We've also upgraded our tape since then so hopefully they stay together a little better. Hope everything was OK with them in the end.

Chris you should be able to use our bolts in place of all your factory bolts, if not, using the stock ones is fine.
If you want a top plate set in the near future let me know and I'll swap them out for you.

That seems to be for KDSS only. I don't have KDSS, I don't think... I looked at some pictures of what KDSS 4runners look like underneath, and mine didn't look like that.

The install for Non-KDSS vehicles is much easier and the only issue you should have the e-brake cable bracket placement. If you need to video chat with me let me know and we will get it squared away!

Is there now a KDSS version that does not require trimming the KDSS skid?

No, in order to add the 4th leg to our sliders, trimming of the lower factory KDSS skid is required. Alternatively, for added protection, you can replace your factory KDSS skids with ours.

Hey guys just stopping in to post up some more pics on the thread. Picked them up locally last week and threw them on Sunday. Jason was great to deal with and anwsered all my questions right away. Thanks again brotha!
Nothing but good things to be said about the whole experience.

Man these things are heavy and very sturdy! Welds look great and the powder coat looks great. Have a helping hand to start the first few bolts make a huge difference.
