Rubber spacers for strut mount?

I recently got an eibach pro-truck lift kit, and so I got some replacement top hats. The replacement top hat assembly came with one rubber spacer and two washers, but the Eibach pro truck shocks came with two rubber spacers and two washers.

For anyone that has done a strut install with Bilstein or Eibach pro-truck shocks, how many rubber spacers did you end up using?

I recently installed a 1" Daystar leveling kit with my existing Bilstein 4600's and installed new KYB top hats. As you say, there is a preinstalled bushing in the new top hats, which I didn't notice at first and installed my shocks back with both rubber bushings, couldn't get enough threads up top to reconnect shock (???). so disassembled and found the preinstalled bush in top hat, used it, removed old shock bushing in that place and reinstalled using the formed KYB washer on the bottom and big flat washer on top.

Hopes this helps answer your question.
