That's interesting, what did you make them out of and how did you make them? If you don't mind me asking.

no not at all,i got some rubber lying around in my trailer and i got templates here from the forum.

i made a set for myself and decided to see maybe someone else needs these too since i have extra material to make them out of,and it turned out couple of people already wait for theirs in the mail.

lol, these are made for slightly different purpose )))))) but i hear ya>>>>>>

No, actually same purpose. She spits every time she talks to me. I feel like I'm going 70 mph through a mud pit in a car with no windows or windshield.

I just made a set of these using some OEM's I bought for the template. Made them from a piece of rubber shower liner from Home Depot. Comes in a 4' wide roll, 1 foot was $4.98, which was plenty to make the whole set.

yep,you can make those out of anything that comes to mind, but the question is ,how long its gonna last for .... all depending on the quality of the rubber.

it was a great deal for you ...

I made a set out of EPDM (rubber roofing membrane). Works great and will last forever. Was going tomake several sets and sell cheap to help people out, but never heard any interest.

i dont know if my material is EPDM or not but its from roofing industry as well, very strong and heavy duty.

Mine came today, these look very good/better than stock and the material looks/feels quite substantial. How the look in a year will be the real test.
