Rumble/Vibration at very low speeds

I've searched but couldn't find anyone with the same symptoms.

'03 V6 4x4.

Easily reproduced but the issue doesn't seem to affect anything else. At low speeds (0-3mph), when I start to apply gas, there's a very distinct rumble or vibration that occurs underneath. Sounds almost like something is grinding. The noise goes away once I go above 10mph.

Any thoughts? Transmission shifts fine and I've greases the zerks.
