I managed to snap the mounting stud on the front left side when installing a running board today. I was too frustrated at the time to check it out, I just left it.
Does anyone know if the stud is a press fit or a weld stud? I am trying to figure out how big a PITA it is going to be to fix. If it is pressed, I can beat it out with a punch and use a bolt. If it is a weld stud, I'll have to drill through.
