Running Board Question

Does anyone know if the stock 2003 running boards will fit on a third generation? I'm going to be removing mine and my sister has a 99 or 2000 4Runner and she is interested in running boards. She would love if I can just give her mine instead of buying some of her own.

The running boards might prove to be too long for the 3rd Gen. The wheel base on both Generations are different, mainly the 4th Gen having the longer wheel base..by about 4".

Also the mounts and the mounting points are different...unless you're good in modifying then that's the only way I can see it fit.
