super easy, just look under them and you can see where it is bolted to the mounting brackets.

yes i know how to remove them but what i didnt know was if the fender flairs continued under the running boards. sense they are so rusted i didnt want take them off and find out it looks horrible and i cant put it back on because its so rusted.

Nice looking truck OP...
QUICK TIP: if you plan on removing the running boards, a few NUTS (small hexagonal piece) are actually WELDED to the truck. If I remember they were the ones on the ends of each board. So you actually need to turn the BOLT (the long mating piece) in order to unfasten from the nuts that are welded. I learned this the hard way cause I was trying to remove a nut -using Hercules strength
- that was actually welded thus damaging (stripped) my cheap "made in china" socket. :rant:...
