Running new speaker wires.

Anyone who upgraded their audio, specifically speakers, did you run new speaker wires? I'm trying to figure out how to run new wires through the rear door wire boots since there's a connector there.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to get the wires through the boot without messing up the factor connector?
