Running Only One Rear Coil Spring Spacer?

I bought my 98 Limited this spring, and it had a little bit of a sag in the rear end. It also leaned slightly to the right, but today I was just going to worry about taking care of the rear.

I bought a set of 1.5" Daystar spacers (as much as I'd love to, I won't realistically be getting off road much), and installed one on the passenger side.

I was turning the 4Runner around to install the driver's side, when I realized all four corners look even now. Measurements from the center of the hub to the fender confirmed 21.25" all the way around.

So, am I done? Or would it be unsafe to run one spacer for some reason?

I'd be scratching my head as to why adding an 1 1/2" on the back RIGHT would level everything out. With the driver and fuel tank both on the left side, that's where all the weight is. I would do a detailed inspection of the whole rear end to see if there's something bent\broke that would cause the right to sag that much. Stock springs or aftermarket? I wonder if previous owner had the springs swapped. Some spring setups have two different sizes to take into account the weight of the driver and the fuel tank.

To start, I would pull both rear springs and line them up side by side, trying to find out why that 1.5 spacer levels out the rig.
That way I could rule the springs out as a problem if they measure closely.
