Rust Oleum Flexidip ARB

I find myself cutting LabRack fog light buckets in my ARB bumper this weekend. As I am peeling the protective tape off the bumper, I notice the paint coming with it.......it looks like crap and I am not set up to respray it with automotive paint at this time. I have wanted to try the plasidip type pI t for a while and plan on either hydro dipping or painting in the next 6 months.

Help me decide on a color, the ARB is painted to match, and locally available colors are white, red, blue, black, gray, and black. I was thinking blue, black, or gray.

What to you think?

Why dont you just strip the paint off and go back to its original black color? Otherwise...go black. Itll match your sliders

I personally like the body color.... why don't you just get a spray can of your body color, and repaint the bumper?

I've done black on black and it was ok. I like the match or close to match for a finished color. Take a look.

With the silver rig I think the body color looks great, I would go with gray on the dip, but I wouldn't use plasti dip, it will ultimately udoubtedly end up looking sheet and you will repaint it again down the line. Strip it to the black or leave it and let it flake then spray it silver again with auto paint, single stage poly, and be sure to rough up the arb paint for adhesion.
