The swing out is on the passenger side. So far it hasn't posed a problem. I'm going to mount a license plate frame camera and tie it into my radio.

I've got mine in and installed! Late night so I don't have any good pictures yet but I wanted to update this thread with a little information. I took before and after measurements a few places to show new clearance.

I'm running a 3 inch lift with 50% tread 265 Duratracs.
