SC installed, noise, help identify.

So I finished installing my SC yesterday. I was pretty disappointed hearing it work. Sounds like its coming from inside the charger. I did turn the pulley by hand back and forth and seems tight and no sounds. I'll attach a video.

Dang... you're 100% positive that's the supercharger? Is it brand new or used?

If brand new I'd ask to return it. That's most likely the rotors scraping the inside of the housing, no good! If used, it's time for a rebuild, something has play in it (most likely the bearings) and is moving around when it shouldn't.

If it all possible, do not run the vehicle. If it is indeed the rotors contacting, it will cause permanent damage to the SC by scoring the housing and rotors.

Also how should a bypass valve behave? I think mine sticks.

I'm not too sure about the bypass valve, better to post that in the supercharger thread for a more educated reply from someone who knows it better than me.
