I'd get a Prius 3 or 4 and as far as the lights go .... since the Prius already comes with Projectors it is only $185 from the Retrofit Source to upgrade to full HIDs.
I have a CT-200h and it has the same lenses as the Prius. I did the upgrade through TRS (plug and play) and it is an amazing improvement.
