Scratched interior help

Upon getting out of my 4Runner today, one of my co-workers hit is boot against my door and left 4 white scratches along the interior of the door. he must have had sharp edges on the lace holes. Is there any way to get these scratches out?!? I have scrubbed and scrubbed and can't get them out. I know this sort of thing is inevitable, but this is driving me crazy!

Thanks, I may try that when I get brave enough. I was at my Toyota dealership last week, and they said there's nothing they can do, so that my be my only option.
