Screen blackout on limited

Recently I found kinda frustrating issue on my limited.

Whenever the maintenance schedule comes, the screen is supposed to notify me that I need to do.

But after the notification came up, screen ended up blackout.

I guess it's common issue for limited trim.

I can share you occurrence path if you guys want to try on your T4R.

I contacted to dealership if they can fix it for free since my bumper to bumper is done already.

Have you checked to see if there's an update? An Entune update came out and some got a notification, some didnt. Pair your phone and go into settings.

Yes It is latest version.

A new one came out i want to say last month. Maybe check it again. If not that, i really can't say. That's a very odd, very specific, blackout.
