Here's a little taste of the local offroad play area known as Farmingdale, about 1/2 hour from Rapid City, SD. It's part of the Buffalo Gap Nat'l Grassland, and the main routes are actually numbered USDA Trails. It stretches out for quite a ways, with mostly dirt trails, with some loose rock thrown in. Tons of hillclimbs, some pretty outrageous. Fun place!

Yeah, that's my stock '95 in the edges of the pics. With my new Goodyear Wranglers and low range, I was crawling right up some fairly steep inclines without even spinning. I'll get the mod'd one out there later, and try some of the wilder stuff then. As I was out there, a flatbed drove through the area with a flattened Nissan on it--wonder if someone bit off more than their rig could chew?! I only recently discovered the place, so I'm curious to see it on a busy Summer day--I'm guessing lots of bikes and ATV's, mostly.
