SE WI any referrals for good mechanic?

Been having issues with the CEL P0303 over last year plus.

Additionally now have some type of rubber burning smell happening. Suspecting a belt however i had the timing belt changed back a couple years ago.

My previous mechanic is a good guy, just not able to do the things I need done and the local dealership was a big waste of time and my money.

Would love a referral from a reliable, reasonable, honest mechanic/hobbyist that can do some work.

My Step father runs a shop from home, has a 5 car garage with lift, he restores classic cars primarily. It'd be general repair type requests, nothing major.
