Anyway... IN MY OPINION... Seafoam is a blessing and a curse. Yes, it will probaby dislodge crap from your engine. Problem is that all that crap has to go somewhere. At best, it flows downstream and out the tailpipe. At worst, it lodges somewhere else in the engine, or along the way out (O2 sensors, etc.) and causes other problems.
I've done it on older engines with some success but I am very wary of doing it on newer vehicles unless it is a thing of last resort. The potential for other issues is just too great IMO.
I think you are better off cleaning the MAF and such by hand and not just trying to "flow" cleaning fluid willy-illy through the engine.
Again, just my opinion.
