Seat Belt Rattle

I've developed a nearly-constant rattle where the driver's seatbelt attaches to the B pillar. Moving the height up and down doesn't make any difference. Driving me crazy since it's right in my ear. Anyone else had that and remedied it?

Mine will rattle if the seat belt clasp/buckle is not all the way down against the plastic stopper on the belt. As long as the clasp/buckle thing is is as far down as it can go (resting on the plastic stopper on the belt) it doesn't make a peep. Just 2-3 inches higher and it rattles against the plastic B-pillar trim (usually after someone gets out of the seat).

Is your rattle coming from the clasp/buckle itself, or something internal in the B-Pillar?

I noticed this same rattle yesterday in my 2019 with under 4k miles. It sounds like plastic rattling against metal in the B Pillar next to my left ear. Happens over certain bumps. I popped the plastic cover off somewhat and I think its the plastic button that gets pushed down on when you re adjust your belt height. The piece that you grab on the outside only touches it when you push down on it, so it must be parts that can rattle regardless of where you set your belt height. So far, I put a small piece of adhesive foam on top of it to deaden the "vibration" and it seems to have helped a little but Ill need to keep messing with it. Obviously, this is part of the belt system and I dont want to modify or jam anything in there which could cause a safety or adjustment issue. I also tried to see if it occurred with the window down to check if it had anything to do with the door but the ambient noise while driving made it impossible to listen for it. Will update as I experiment...
