Seat belt replacement

My dog chewed through the 2nd row shoulder belts on the driver and passenger sides of my 2010 T4R SR5 4door. Does anyone know how to access the belt behind the door pillar for replacement? I have the whole retractor/belt assembly to replace. Any help greatly appreciated.

As Phil stated ...it's in the repair manual to read and follow and actually pretty involved and too long to explain step by step.
Here's the step from the manual but it has links to pics and individual part removal explanations to make it easier.

From the manual.....

The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

(a) Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly .
2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR STEP COVER
3. REMOVE QUARTER SCUFF PLATE LH
4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
5. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH
6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER
7. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
8. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER LH
9. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(b) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(c) for RH Side:
Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.
(d) Remove the 3 bolts and 2 screws.
(e) Detach the 7 clips, 5 claws and 2 guides and remove the deck trim side panel.

10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
11. REMOVE REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
12. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and rear No. 2 seat outer belt shoulder anchor.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and rear No. 2 seat outer belt assembly.
13. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ANCHOR PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and anchor plate.
14. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR PLATE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and anchor plate.

I tried downloading the manual but I'm having problems opening the downloads for .Z01 files. It seems pretty involved. Dealer wants $400. just for labor. Parts are $240.
Any tips on downloading and opening the repair manuals greatly appreciated!

5th Gen 3rd Row Set Belt Installation

I recently purchased a 2011 T4R Ltd. that had damaged 3rd row seat belts from the previous owner. He just cut them and let the supports in place. I ordered replacement units for about $115 each from Conicelli Toyota Parts Center.

73560-35040-C0 BELT & RETRACTOR, RIGHT
73570-35020-C0 BELT & RETRACTOR, LEFT

For those interested, they weren't too difficult to replace.

Step 1: Lift rear most tie downs on both sides and pry up bolt covers.
Step 2: Remove bolts from both sides (10mm).
Step 3: Remove the tie down assemblies and set aside.
Step 4: Remove the rear deck cover and set aside.
Step 5: Carefully pry up side deck covers and set aside.
Step 6: Identify the lower seat belt anchor bolt (14mm). The left side bolt faces inward. The right side bolt is not on the side; it faces the back. It was very tight and I needed an impact wrench to remove it.
Step 7: On the left side, remove the jack cover and cover to access the taillight bulbs. On the right side, just remove the access cover to the taillight.
Step 8: Pry off the upper seat belt access cover (where the belt comes out).
Step 9: Remove the upper belt support (14mm).
Step 10: Twist the net support anchor and remove it.
Step 11: Remove the screw that is now exposed, being careful not to drop the screw behind the plastic housing.
Step 12: Carefully pull back the lower plastic section enough to remove the upper belt cover housing. The belt should pull through the access hole in the housing.
Step 13: Remove the lower (14mm) and then upper bolts (10mm) of the belt retraction units and then remove the units and the belts.
Stes: 14: Install the belt retraction unit using the two bolts you previously removed.
Step 15: Screw in the upper belt support (it has its own integrated bolt).
Step 16: Install the lower LEFT belt support making sure the hook is under the protrusion.

Step 17: Install the lower RIGHT belt support.
Last steps: Reverse the steps to put back the housings, covers and tie down supports.
