Seat Covers/Replacements?

Hello all! My 2006 SR5 has a leather interior and the driver seat (along with the front passenger seat to some extent) has become quite worn and I need to replace it. Any suggestions or tips on the best method to go about this? I've never shopped for interior upholstery before so I figured I'd just ask here first before I begin searching around. Thank you for your time!

You can find new replacement leather or vinyl seat bottoms on eBay for less than $40 each, not OEM but look and fit the same.

Honestly the leather I bought the vehicle with isn't OEM as far as I know so that's not a deal breaker for me. I got mine in the summer of 2007 and it was a little over a year old at that point. The leather was part of the appeal though so I'd like to replace it.

Well..OK...post some photos of your seats and we can tell you if they're OEM or not.

I put their product in a 2003 Volkswagen Passat many years ago. I found the quality to be really great and the installation was easy. I recently checked in to their product for my forerunner but decided to walk away because they now require that a professional install their product when you purchase it from them. Glad to know there are some options on eBay because I was disinclined to stick with their product if I could not do the installation myself.

These guys have nice seats. I'll probably go with them whenever I decide to pull the trigger, and I'll look into adding seat heat. A member a couple years ago put his runner up on a salvage sale after a wreck. In the pictures, the seats looked amazing and used them. Katzkins are really nice but I think I can install my own, unless their price includes the "professional install."
