Replacing the dated Tan interior on my 2000 with the more updated 2001 Grey. Small change but makes a world of difference for the cabin feel IMO.
Taking the interiors of two cars apart is quite the task. I've got most things done. But was hoping for some guidence.
1st - The seats between the two 3rd gens are swappable, but the connectors between the 2001 and 2000 years for the airbag sensors are not, how can I fix this issue? (My electrical knowledge is that of a baby)
2nd - The A-Pilars are held in with screws that all stripped on my first attempt and look to be held in with loctite as well. I tried drilling into the screws and using a screw extractor bit to no avail, couldn't penetrate the screw at all (that's what she said)...might just have a weak drill though. Any suggestions for removing these?
Thanks in advance. This turned from a 5 hour task into a 15 hour task. :redbrick:
