Seats, seat covers, and general seat info and what fits what.

Hello all,
I looked through the stickies and other posted threads and nothing really fit what I was looking to answer. If this has been answered I couldn’t find it. Using the Google search bar and Google and DuckDuckGo, I had to cover that part for the keyboard warriors.
But I’m just curious how similar seats are from generation to generation of each 4Runner, and 4Runner to Tacoma. For now I’m more interested in seat covers, but I know most seat tracks are able to accommodate different year/gen seats.
Has anyone used 3rd generation Tacoma seat covers on a 4th generation 4Runner?
I am aware that you can select different year and model seats if you go to company sites like clazzio or katskinz, but in my experience the seats are not very different if at all and I just want to see what people on here have done.
Here are some pictures of my seats, and someone selling their seat covers out of a 3rd gen Tacoma. Granted mine is the driver seat and his is the passenger but they look very similar minus stitching. I’ll follow up with measurements.

From just these photos, the seat bottom don't look much different, measurements will tell more though...but the seat backs do look different, on the 4th Gen T4R they appear to be much wider at the top, this could be just an illusion of the photos but they look much different to me.
