Became a member of Overland Bound. I'm #3007! Also I cleaned the engine bay for the first time since I bought it new in 2014. It was completely brown inside. Gave the rig a hand wash too. First time since the end of October. Merry Xmas yall!

Hit up the slopes at Crystal Mountain over the weekend. Cold day, about 11 degrees at the parking lot according to the thermometer. I've read about ARB lockers having difficulty engaging in the extreme cold. After boarding for about 6 hours I started up the rig and the compressor did noticeably take longer cycling and for the locker to engage. The compressor did have to cycle once when I was doing turns in the parking lot. Once I left the ski resort and headed down the mountain the outside temp got to 22 degrees I played with the arb again but this time it would engage much quicker and without having the compressor kick on again(how it normally functions). Perhaps the extreme temperature and elevation had something to do with the cycling.

Went to Tahuya State Park with a bunch of guys from the Washington T4R Facebook group on Saturday. Great turnout with a diverse group of T4R representation. We had a total of 8 rigs on the trail, left the 2WD Taco at the staging area.
We spent a good amount of time on the trail, about 5 hours working through various trails. Some easy, some a little more technical than others. Nobody left with any body panel damage(I think) so it was a great day! I ran 18psi the whole time on my Cooper ATP's. Towards the very last stretch back to the trail head I did separate my tire from the wheel on my driver side. I had to turn and ride my wheel hard against a big log or else I might have hit my rear quarter panel on some obstacles. I think the rear cleared by 2". Man...these 5th gens have huge asses. The 3rd gens had no problem getting through everything.
Back in the lot you can see large chunks of bark wedged in the wheel lip. Prying out most of the stuff and found out the tire beads were separated. Pumped it up to 40psi and it was bubbling and hissing out fast. Luckily the Les Schwab was 10 minutes into town so they clean out all that stuff and re-mounted my tire. All for FREE too!

Nice to finally, actually, meet you, Robert. I too got a little "damage" that I didn't notice until today. I went up/over/through some roots you guys went around and dropped my rear end on top of my TRD exhaust tip. It's no longer round, haha. Time to finally chop it off, I suppose.

First time doing an oil change on my T4R since my Toyota Care has ended. Easier than doing it on a car since I don't need to jack up this thing! I'm stumped how there is an oil change thread that is like 40+ pages. 
Completed the rest of my 30K service. New filters and added a little grease to the driveshaft. Easy peasies.

First actual "dump" in Seattle. Office parking garage is completely empty. Co-workers who live 2-3 miles away too scared to drive in this storm. Pretty awesome just running this thing in 2HI with the locker engaged. Beasted up all those hills in downtown.

Have plans for a CBI or Relentess bumper in the future. That huge ass gets me into trouble at times.

Was just looking at a way to mount the Rotopax on a Prinsu rack! Thanks for the pictures I will show the guys over at Mule as they were brainstorming ideas last Friday for when my Prinsu is finished being installed.
