I installed the Sony XAV-AX6000 last year to replace my aging stock radio. It has been excellent but unfortunately, only has one camera input. I've been using the backup camera but recently wired up a forward camera and purchased an inexpensive RCA switcher. It uses a slide switch to toggle between input 1 and 2.
I've gotten it working but want to wire it up to a toggle switch so I can hide this unit in the dash. I cannot figure out how to do this. I looked up some wiring diagrams online for slide switches but most are for 3 or 6 pins, while I have 12 pins. I know there's pins there for the audio connections but I'm just interested in the video ones. The dots in the diagram are the video lines traced to the slide switch. I've tried tracking the connections to the soldering on the circuit board but haven't been able to get it to work.
Hoping someone smarter than me can help me out. Appreciate any help!
