I have not had a chance yet to scan for codes. 2006 V8 4Runner 287000 miles. I started the engine this morning then realized I forgot my phone then shut the engine off . I came back 2 minutes and restarted the engine and for about 20 seconds heard a deep rumble and then the check engine light came on. I started to drive but noticed a serious reduction in power almost as if I had a restricted exhaust . I suspect Air Injection pump but I wondered would failure of this cause some power loss? It does not seem likely in one moment to the next the exhaust suddenly had a blockage?
