P0606 ECM processor, P2445 Secondary Air injection system pump stuck off (pending)

Looking for some advice on some codes that my 2006 sport recently threw my way. I got a p0606 ECM processor code (current fault) and a P2445 Secondary air injection system pump stuck off bank 2 code(pending fault) when using my bluetooth obd reader.

Back story: I had installed hewitt technologies SAIS bypass kit in my 4runner in summer of last year after getting a p2445 code and the vehicle going into limp mode. I was very happy with the kit as it did away with the code up until last friday when driving back home from work when it came up pending along with the p0606.

Additionally I had recently (3 months ago) replaced some downstream 02 sensors with some cheapos that I found on the amazonia.

Asking the hivemind: has anyone ever had this combination of codes come up? or had the p0606 alone come up and what was the diagnosis?

Same issue here with my sequoia, any luck since?

Fix primary code first, secondary code will be P0606 which could go away by itself. Air pump could be gummed up which is blocking air flow. Cleaning may be temporary solution. Pump is in the valley underneath intake so might as well change it.
