Selling '95 Limited 4WD... what price?

I've got a '95 4WD Limited that I plan on selling soon. It only has 90,000 miles on it, but the A/C is broken, the underbody is rusted, there are a couple of rust spots on the exterior, and the radio antenna had to be disconnected due to a bad motor.

It actually runs just fine for me, though my battery keeps dying because I rarely drive it.

KBB suggests $5,200 for fair condition on a private party deal. Considering the issues above, what do you think is enough of a discount to get it moved quickly? I was thinking $3,000 or $2,500.
