Sensor Rebuild Kit

I am contemplating replacing my AT20 Dunlops for a set of 10 ply BF K02 tires.
One of the Dunlop tires has a slow leak in it after wheeling.
The guy a the tire place told me that the price includes the tire sensor rebuild kit.

Should I be worried about using a kit?
I dont recall having the discussion before.
The price is $814.00 which includes the alignment, road hazard warranty and the sensors.

I'm pretty sure that's what most shops do. Do you want it fully replaced?

I thought the original sensors would be used if they were good. I don't know if I want them replaced? I am not sure what a re build includes.
That is why I posed the question.

Update: I took the tire in for repair this afternoon. I will get it this evening if all goes well. While there I asked my service guy if they rebuilt sensors.
There was a definitive no in his voice. Only factory, new are used. Makes sense. He did say they would if someone requested an aftermarket one or rebuilt one though. The customer would need to supply them as well.
The tire has a small hole near the sidewall and can't be repaired. I think I will put the spare on the original rim and buy a replacement tire for the spare.

Sensor rebuild kit is a new screw and rubber valve stem or rubber gasket if you have a fixed metal valve stem to make sure the original tpms doesn't start leaking air.

Thanks for the information.
It appears then that this is just marketing, because they know what vehicle they will be working on ahead of time and could tell me the answer up front. I know that the tires are original and that should tell them exactly what they will need to do to complete the job.
