It's a 94, with 130,000 KM on the clock. Will most likely give it a test drive tonight.

Asking price it $4K (Canadian)

I've been smitten with these trucks for a while now, and $4K with only 130K mileage seems reasonable when comparing with other 4Runners for sale. However most of those are later models.

So, what would you guys expect to pay assuming it's all in good working order?

4K is still a lot of money for a 20 year old 4Runner. Make sure it's been well taken care of, and little to no rust. Check for leaks. Have you taken it for a test drive? If not - be sure and engage the four wheel drive (watch for the 4WD light).

Has it been modified? Treated poorly?

Take lots of pictures and post them for the experts here to give you some very good input.

Remember - 4K is 'asking price'. Negotiate if you REALLY have to get this truck, but be ready to walk away, and watch for the next deal.
