I took my Toyota in this morning at Michael's Toyota in Bellevue, WA for a wheel alignment and another minor thing or two.
The facilities were very nice and I found out that they are about one year old. The waiting area was large and very comfortable and they had wi fi. The dealership is on the same lot as a small strip mall with a coffee shop and this makes things more convenient as well. I also noticed that they gave people who seemed to be waiting for oil changes or short services a small vibrating pager similar to what some restaurants provide to you when waiting for a table.
The service department finished when they said that they would, they realigned the front end and showed me the numbers as to how much it was off, they said that me adding a bud built skid plate would not cause future issues when bringing it in for oil changes and other service and everything went smoothly overall. I think that I have found my home dealership.
I am quite happy about my experience at Michael's Toyota in Bellevue, WA considering that my first oil change was a nightmare at Lake City Toyota north of downtown Seattle.
Lake City Toyota overcharged me for the oil change by not offering a la carte services and requiring a bunch of stupid add on crap that was completely useless. Lake City Toyota facilities were old and run down and there were people sitting on the floor due to a lack of chairs in the waiting area. Lake City Toyota also took over an hour longer than they said they would to get my 4 Runner back to me. Avoid Lake City Toyota of Seattle.
